Short version: wood breaks, so there’s no warranty. But if we mess up your order, we make it right.
No warranty on Outlaw bats
Wood bats can and do break, especially on mis-hits off the end or handle, in cold weather, or against dimpled machine balls. That’s true for every brand. We keep Outlaw at $89.99 partly by not pricing a warranty into every bat.
Made to order means no change-of-mind returns
Your bat is built with your length, wood, colors and engraving, so we can’t take it back because the size or feel wasn’t right. If you’re unsure on size, check the sizing guide or email us before you order.
If we got it wrong, we fix it free
- Wrong model, length, wood, color or engraving, or a defect from our shop: we remake or correct it at no charge.
- Email customerservice@outlawbats.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos.
- Damaged in shipping? Keep the box and send photos right away so we can file the carrier claim.
Every message is read by a person, usually within one business day.
